Membership is open to all (amateur-professional-qualified-unqualified) with an interest in archaeology. Meetings and winter lectures are based in Plymouth and site visits are within travelling distance for a day trip. There are also excursions by coach to sites further afield - these need pre-booking.
Benefits of membership
Free PAS Newsletter twice a year
Free entrance to monthly winter lectures (see Archaeology Lectures)
Free monthly summer site visits (see Archaeology Field Trips)
Expand your skills at workshops (see Archaeology Workshops)
Meet others with similar interests
Lectures and site visits are open to non-members but we ask a donation of £4.00 towards costs. Why not come along to one of our meetings, perhaps meet a few people, ask any questions etc. Hopefully you will be tempted to join. For most meetings you can just turn up (no booking), but please check the programme as there maybe an occasional situation where numbers are limited by the venue.
