⦁ Treasurer’s reports for the financial year October 2024 to September 2025

⦁ To adopt the accounts and thank the auditor Peter Brown

⦁ Winter talks report

⦁ Summer walks report

⦁ The Committee recommends the following motion: that subscriptions should remain unchanged for the forthcoming financial year. These are:

Ordinary: £20 Family: £30 Student: £10

⦁ The Committee recommends the following motion: that the meetings charge for non-members remains at £4, and that staff and students of the University of Plymouth have free attendance at lectures but need to produce a valid ID

⦁ Election of Officers 2026-27. The following have been nominated to serve in the following offices:
